Ecological Succession 2025
Eunpyeong-gu, an old neighborhood in Seoul, is undergoing regional regeneration. In the empty houses and alleys left behind, plants and flowers have quietly begun to return. Ivy traces its own map across the white walls and bathroom windows of vacant homes, while nameless flowers bloom in abandoned pots. Through photography, I sought to record the unfolding ecological succession in spaces no longer touched by human hands.
